As a company, we recognize the need for Certifications, in our case we set high standards for ourselves on all levels of production, not just on food safety, but also on staff safety and well-being. The food safety starts with D’bone purchasing raw materials from TIF certified producers only. Thus ensuring the high-quality standards of fresh production and good storage with full track & trace. Our sites have been newly built in 2016/ 2017 and have been equipped with the most modern machinery. A well implemented HACCP structure organized by qualified engineers. D’bone will have its SQF certification in June 2018. Besides the food safety procedures, the company strongly believes in staff safety and well-being and has opted to implement BSCI for which it will have the certification done in May 2018. Once SQF is in place, D’bone will set things in motion to be BRC certified as well.
D’bone is FDA certified and uses TRACES for its shipments to the EU according to the sanitary agreement between the EU and Mexico. All of our production is certified per products with an individual SAGARPA permit.
